Thermal Printer Output Issues

Thermal printer problems often involve paper width, driver behavior, Auto-Cut or ESC/POS compatibility.

Checklist

1. Confirm the correct 80mm or 58mm format.
2. Reduce unnecessary side margins.
3. Check the printer driver paper width.
4. Disable RAW ESC/POS if characters print incorrectly.
5. Test Auto-Cut separately.
6. Print a Windows test page.

Compatibility

Use RAW ESC/POS only when the printer explicitly supports ESC/POS commands.
